The NHR Products Naturally Healthy Results Compensation Plan Overview

NHR Products is a product based company. Most people get involved in NHR Products Naturally Healthy Results because they are interested in the products. We have a solid customer base of people who are committed to health and nutrition and have no interest in having a home business.

NHR Products does no advertising of its own to attract these customers. NHR Products has no marketing department or advertising budget. NHR Products relies entirely on word of mouth and the advertising efforts of its satisfied customers to bring in new customers.

Because NHR Products relies completely on customers like us to do ALL the marketing, they can reward us very generously for our efforts.

The NHR Products Compensation Plan has 4 main parts: the "First Order" fast start bonus compensation, the matrix compensation on levels 1 - 10, the EPICenter compensation and the Leadership Bonuses on levels 11 and 12.

The EPIC© Pay Plan rewards you for recommending the NHR Products. Every NHR product has a Commission Value (CV) and 100% of the CV is shared among the NHR Bonus Qualified Affiliates.

The EPIC© Pay Plan pays 4 ways:

	First, it pays you a FAST START BONUS for referring new people who buy NHR product and helping them to refer new people who buy NHR products as well.
	Second, it pays you 10 levels of our 2x12+ UNILEVEL MATRIX for developing volume and creating leadership in your organization.
	Third, it pays you with FREE EPI-Centers© (Extra Personal Income Centers) This is the basis of our exciting EPIC© Pay Plan!
	Fourth, it pays you a LEADERSHIP INFINITY BONUS on your 11th and 12th level (and potentially many more levels) for helping others reach leadership positions.

The NHR Products "First Order" or fast start bonus pays $5.00 to the person who made the new referral and an additional $5.00 to the referrer's sponsor.

NHR Products matrix compensation is based on the forced matrix structure. This is the simplest and fairest type of compensation plan.

A matrix is defined by how "wide" and how "deep" it is. The width refers to how many people can be on your first level. the depth refers to how many levels you get paid on.

NHR Products has a 2-Wide 12-Deep matrix. The NHR matrix is 2 wide and 12 deep (10 regular levels and 2 bonus levels.) This is what the very top of a 2-wide matrix looks like:

Pretty simple right? The basic idea is that you refer 2 people: John and Mary. Then John refers Brian and Sam. Mary refers Tim and Amy. It keeps going on like this with everyone just getting 2 people, all the way down through 10 levels and you get paid on all these people even though you (and everyone else) just brought in 2 people.

Why is the matrix 2 wide? Because the average networker only refers about 2 people. This is the reality of network marketing and this is one reason NHR Products set up their compensation plan as a 2-Wide with 2 referrals required to qualify a distributor to get paid.

You will see pie-in-the-sky scams that encourage you to imagine how much money you would make if you and every person under you brings in 10 or 20 or even more people... But we all know that will never happen. Making income claims based on these kinds of projections is misleading and we don't do it.

Sure, there are a lot of talented, hardworking marketers out there who will refer many many more than 2 people. But there are also a lot of people who are just happy to be customers and who won't make an effort to refer anyone. Our compensation plan is set up to allow for this and to enable ordinary average people to make a very nice income on a minimum of effort.

So if we only need to refer 2 people, how does the matrix ever fill up? The matrix fills up through the combined efforts of everyone. If everyone does a little then no one needs to do a lot! If you refer just 2 people you get paid on 10 levels. If everyone under you puts in an average of just 2 people your matrix will fill with no extra effort on your part. In a matrix everyone benefits from the efforts of the people around them.

Here is what your matrix will look like if you and everyone under you does the absolute minimum and gets an average of 2 referrals:

What about people who drop out? Most people who drop out of a network marketing company do so because they cannot afford to keep buying the product. (Frankly, MLM products have a reputation for being overpriced and faddish.) But, if you offer a strong product that people love and that costs less than $20 people are very unlikely to drop out. Also, our compensation plan has dynamic compression, which means that if anyone drops out, the person below them gets moved up to fill the hole, so there are no gaps.

What if you want to make BIG MONEY?

The fact is, if you are reading this, you are probably hoping that you will do better than average. And you are figuring that with such a powerful inexpensive product and such an easy business, many other people will do better than just average too.

Let's do a really simple "what if" example to see what a little extra bit of effort can produce with the NHR Products compensation plan...

What if you work just a little bit harder, and instead of getting your bare minimum of 2, you go out and refer 6 people? And let's imagine that everybody else is still doing the absolute minimum and just averaging 2 referrals...

WOW! Getting those extra 4 referrals gave you 5 TIMES the income! You worked a little harder at the very beginning and got a total of 6 personal referrals. Everyone else still poked along with an average of 2. And suddenly you are looking at some very serious income! Think about it... That adds up to a yearly income of $122,880.00. All because you made the extra effort to put just 6 people on an autoship of less than $20 for a bottle of liquid vitamin.

Common sense tells you that this will not happen right away. It will take months and months for your matrix to fill up. Your monthly check will not jump from $13.00 to $10,240.00 overnight. But you will be on your way and getting nice checks and great product every month in the mean time.

This is completely doable by an average motivated person. You referring 6 and everyone else referring an average of 2 is actually a very reasonable projection.
